Our Mission.

Our aim is to provide a nurturing environment for young people who are leaving Local Authority care. Services are specific to Looked After Children (LAC) who have been assessed as ready to leave Local Authority care either from residential or foster placements, but still require ongoing support. Young people will be provided with the relevant support to meet all aspects of their needs and develop their independent living skills in a safe environment in which they could develop into young adults, and will be supported in making the transition into successfully living independently in the community.
